What products do I need to purchase to be eligible for the promotion?

How long does the promotion last?

You must purchase your participating Westinghouse Product during the Promotional Period: 1st September 2020 to 30th September 2020.

When is the latest I can submit a claim?

All claims (online or by mail) must be submitted and received between 1st September 2020 and 31st October 2020.

No claims will be accepted after the 31st October 2020 whether by online or post.

How do I enter this promotion?

You must complete the online form at: www.westinghouse.com.au/promotions

Follow the prompts to the claim page during the Promotional Period and fill out the required details.

You will be required to supply the following information:

  • Contact details: Name, Number, email address & state
  • Full address in order to receive your reward
  • Product details: Model number and Serial Number and status of your order
  • Tax Invoice details: Purchase date and image of tax invoice
  • Retailer details: Retailer name, suburb and State

Once you provide the above details, submit your claim. You will receive email confirmation of your claim and claim ID number.

What is required of my tax invoice?

In accordance to the Terms & Conditions, please provide a valid purchase Tax Invoice.

A valid Tax Invoice is to contain the name of the retail store, a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), the details of the purchased appliance (model number and description) and the full name of the purchaser.

The customer name on the tax invoice must also match the name of the person claiming the Reward.

Your uploaded tax invoice image must be in jpg/png/gif/pdf format.

I don't have internet or email, is there another way for me to enter in this promotion?

You can mail in your claim to PO Box 1054, Strawberry Hills, NSW 2012.  You must include the following details with the letter:

  • Name (must be the same name as on the tax invoice)
  • Contact phone number
  • Email address
  • Full address
  • Copy of tax invoice

I entered a different name on the online claim form, from the name shown on the tax invoice. Is this OK?

No, it is not. The name/entrant on the claim form must match the name on the tax invoice, in order to be eligible for this promotion. Claims that are received showing a different name will be made invalid.

How do I update my details on the online claim form?

You can update your personal details or product serial numbers via clicking on the link you received in the confirmation email. You can only update these details prior to validation.

Where can I find my serial number?

Your serial number can be found on the product box, on a white sticker. If you don’t have the box anymore, you can find the serial number on the product itself. Please use our serial number guide to find your serial number: download guide PDF

My product is on backorder or out of stock and I can’t supply my serial number. Can I still submit a claim?

Yes, if you have purchased and paid in full your qualifying products during the Promotional Period by the 30th September.

You must submit your claim before the 31st October 2020.

Once your claim is received you will receive an email with a link to allow you to summit your serial number when your product arrives. You have until 29th December 2020 to submit your serial number to ensure that your claim can be validated for your Reward.

Failure to submit your serial number by the 29th December 2020 period will render your claim invalid.

Will products purchased from commercial (trade) or wholesale suppliers be accepted?

No, purchases made from commercial or wholesale suppliers are not eligible for this promotion.

Can this promotion be used in conjunction with the Westinghouse Dark Stainless Steel Aspire Kitchen cashback?

No, this promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
